This place is clean and pleasant, offering reasonably priced, delicious breakfast with a good variety, located near some shopping spots.

The pool area is great and the location is particularly beautiful, being close to the mountain villages and the main restaurant.

The staff here were so accommodating, willing to help with whatever we needed. The place was well-kept and we had a great time. Being in a quiet area was a bonus 😊. Breakfast was really good, with lots of options, 

The staff was dedicated and decent, and the service was outstanding. I booked a room with a super bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe.

This well-maintained room has all the essentials like coffee making facilities, balconies, and a nice bathroom.

The hotel has a lovely design concept and it is a great value. The setting is favorable, close to the airport, common areas, and Nizwa. The room is immaculately clean with an amazing view of the mountains. The food is decent and the staff is consistently courteous 

The hotel's position was beautiful and amazing, to the Muscat area.

The staff here were outstanding, creating a unique atmosphere; also, it’s ideally located near restaurants and has a great BBQ spot.

The stay here was very nice, really enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with wonderful and lovely location not far from Nizwa and the mountain villages like Al Hamra, Al Hoota cave as well 

We booked modern and neat room. The check-in was early and the atmosphere was individual overall.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the city center, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities. it is situated between Nizwa and Birkat al Mouz, allowing guests to explore both areas with ease. The rooms are comfortable and

Nothing to mention

The pool is the best thing about the hotel. The staff are helpful and they do a fantastic curry from the room service/pool side menu.

The rooms could do with an update. There is not really a choice when staying at Nizwa but they could do with a bit of an upgrade. B'fast the 1st morning was average but better on the 2nd morning.

Stunning location in the very nice area, very close to Nizwa and Jabal Akhdar, Hajar mountains, forts and wadis, and shops, malls and airport. Brilliant food in the a la carte restaurant in the vicinity.
